How many party guests can you accommodate?

At the moment we can accommodate 2-10 guests.


What is your availability?

We are available to do picnic set-ups on the weekends. 


What are the terms of booking this service?


Liability Waiver: All picnic attendees acknowledge the inherent risk of engaging in our services, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Enchanted Picnic Experience and [host park], from any and all injuries or losses


Please arrive on time. If you are going to be late, please let me know. If you are over 30 minutes late to your picnic, we reserve the right to break down the picnic and provide partial refund only (50% of picnic cost). In order to avoid issues, check travel time from your location to the venue prior to leaving, and use the full address provided, including city and zip code.


Please don’t leave our picnic items unattended. When you’re getting ready to finish, please message me and I will be close by to come over and break down the picnic.

Do you serve food or alcohol?

We do not at this time. We encourage you to bring food, or we can recommend a vendor. Some suggestions are charcuterie, fruits, sushi, and sandwiches!

What happens if it rains on the date of my picnic?

Our weather policy is in the case of 50% chance of  rain or 15+ mph on the date of your picnic, we will reach out to you between 24-48 hours from your scheduled picnic to discuss alternate indoor location, or to reschedule.

What form of payments are accepted?

We accept payments via Venmo, Zelle & CashApp.

​

Do you offer any other services aside from picnics?

Yes! We are in the business of providing enchanting experiences! If you need concierge services such as delivering gifts (flowers, balloons, customized gifts) or hotel room set-ups, we are happy to help!
